At Luxe Paws Grooming Salon, appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your pet. Because grooming services require dedicated staff and preparation, we ask that all clients follow the policy below.
We understand that plans change. Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. • Rescheduling with less than the required notice may be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of: • 50% of the scheduled service cost This helps cover the time reserved for your pet.
A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their appointment and does not contact us in advance. No-shows will be charged: • 100% of the grooming service fee After two no-shows, clients may be required to: • Prepay in full for future appointments, or • Be declined further bookings
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to: • Shorten the grooming session, or • Reschedule the appointment Late arrivals will still be charged the full-service amount.
We require a deposit to secure your booking. Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total. Cancellation within the 24-hour notice period is non-refundable.
We understand emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at management discretion in cases of: • Medical emergencies • Severe weather • Unexpected family situations Please contact us as soon as possible if something arises.
