★ Leave a Google ReviewAppointment times are reserved specifically for you and your pet. Because grooming services require dedicated staff and preparation, we ask that all clients follow the policy below.
We understand that plans change. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Rescheduling with less notice may be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost — this helps cover the time reserved for your pet.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the session or reschedule. Full-service fees still apply.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied to your final total. Cancellations within the 24-hour notice period are non-refundable.
Fees may be waived at management discretion for medical emergencies, severe weather, or unexpected family situations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
